What plant is that?

This striking blue flowered herb can grow 1’-3’ tall and blooms in late summer and fall. The 2-4” toothed leaves alternate on the stem and the flowers are irregular (zygomorphic). The 2-lipped flowers (upper lip two lobed, lower lip three lobed) are up to 1” long on short stalks and the floral tube has white stripes underneath. Found in moist thickets and swamps.
