What plant is that?

Our Mystery Plant this month is a 2 to 3 foot tall bushy perennial with opposite, oval leaves. Numerous small pink nodding flowers emerge from the tip of the stem starting in late July and are mildly fragrant. The bell-like flowers are striped inside with deeper pink. Milky juice exudes from broken stems and leaves.
