What plant is that?

The mystery plant for July is a newly discovered species in RI. First found in June of 2016 in West Greenwich as a very small population it has increased in size since then.

This plant is a perennial with alternate, divided leaves and grows about 2-3 feet tall. The The delicate, 5-petalled, white flowers are held on single stems in large compound umbels. The upper leaves are sheathed. This plant blooms from June to July and is found in dry woods and clearings. It is rare in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island
