What plant is that?

The mystery plant for April is a low-growing, spring blooming perennial. The plant is 3 to 6” tall with smooth stems and leaves and toothed stipules. The light blue flowers with short spurs are carried on stems which overtop the leaves. The leaves are heart shaped and slightly toothed. It can be found growing in various habitats but most often in rich woods.
