What plant is that?

This common plant grows in marshes, ponds and streams. The flowers have two lips and are blue in color.  The shallow-lobed upper lip is spotted with yellow.  The leaves grow on long petioles and are heart-shaped at the base.  It is two to three feet tall and blooms from July to September.
